Return & Refund Policy

At Modana Luxury, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Returned with original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

  • Reason for the return

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Modana Luxury cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@modanaluxury.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Certain hygiene-sensitive products where applicable

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating a return.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original order and place a new order separately once your return has been approved.


7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet all return eligibility conditions listed above.


8. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
